Growing old is hard work… The mind says “yes”

Maintain a goodnight sleep: During old age, the uneven patterns of sleep can get you disturbed. It happens due to unusual pains and aches, that remain unnoticed, mostly. Massage is an ultimate technique to give relief to your body from the aches, pains, and relax it against anxieties.

However, getting a massage in a spa requires you to pay a considerable sum. By doing so, the relief you just received from it gets vanished. It will not happen when you have a massager vest with you. Get It Now

  1. Now for the money to do these things. As soon as the fish and shrimp season arrives I’ll start to save to buy some of them.

  2. Can’t help feeling the aches and pains should listen to my body. Always telling me what are you doing DUMB ASS you will suffer later and I DO. AS FAR as the brain goes C.R.S can’t remember shit no cure got to write it down or get nothing done.????????

  3. I would NOT characterize it as fun! I rather think that it is learning to adjust. There needs to be counseling for people to learn to work with us geriatrics. Like I am neither hard of hearing not have a slowed mind, so do not speak to me when you learn my age as if I am retarded!’

Old people- learn to keep what you still have! If you cannot do yoga -do chi Che or ride a real bike!
Get off your duff. Become an adoptive grand for a few hours a month( join a club, take a class, find friends who still do what you like! Read about the meds that docs Are so quick to prescribe – changing your diet might make the change for u! Like oatmeal- will help to lower cholesterol. Write your memories down!
Sitting in you butt is a no no! You can still do stuff – it just might take you longer- you are in no damned hurry so do it!
Last, if you are achy and painy and over 65 take your old ass home – and collect your $$$. You are not guaranteed tomorrow!Turning 80 ! Hate the way it sounds but I am redecorating a room today! Giving the items to re start – curtains, pics, spreads-and painting the – plan to take 2 days – ok I used to do it in one! No hurry! I still have a small business too! Learn to use a computer too!

  4. I believe in exercise! I clogged (a form of dance if you don’t know) until I and an orthopedic surgeon ruined my knee. I finally thought of water aerobics and go three times a week for at least an hour each. I don’t think I could get out of a chair if I didn’t!

  5. Erlene Flowers: Good for you! Couldn’t be better said. When I turned 62 suddenly I was treated like I was senile. People acted like I turned stupid. I would stand the experience, knowledge and wisdom I have up against those people any time. I welcome the challenge.

  6. Loved seeing this, yep, the aches and pains of old age (at present I’m 76). I practice mindfulness and there’s a book in audible “Mindfulness for Health” by Vidyamala Burch which is really helpful. Also, medicinal cannabis suits my pain (although still illegal in the U.K. many countries around the world have made it legal).

  7. I agree with Penney and Faye. Thank you. Our daughters say: ” you two don’t act nor look your age. (s). We just don’t, good genes and positive attitudes I guess.

  8. Keep moving, any way we can! I use transit to save $$, however; it has the hidden benefit of forcing me to be fit. My groceries go into my two wheel cart, as do many items,to be pulled home from our bus stop. Our bus service to my area is lousy, but I learned to use it well. Save $$ and stay fit and fancy. I also have a smaller dog, which forces me out the door to our nearby dog park to play daily. I have physical issues, but best dealt with by keeping moving.
