Once a mother wanted his son to post a letter on his way to school.

He forgot for three days continuously.

On the fourth day, his mother tied a thread on his finger so it could remind him about the letter-posting task.

And guess what? She forgot giving him the letter that day. 😂👌

Therefore, an alarm is not enough to remind you things, use an alarm with a message to announce task.

There is a difference in alarms and reminders.

Alarms are used mostly for waking you up, while reminders assist you throughout the day, reminding you of certain tasks.

Almost all types of phones these days come with a reminder app. However, you can also download one if your phone doesn’t have it.

After this, you just need to ensure that no matter where you are, your phone is properly charged.

Now, you will not miss even a single appointment with your doctor or mealtime.

3. Get a Smartwatch:

Smartwatches are a good substitute for phones for people who set the alarm and then forget where they had kept their phones. LOL

Smartwatch is the minor version of your smartphone. These can be worn on wrists and get pinged for calls, messages, reminders, and alarms.

These even come with health features that tell you about your heartbeat, blood circulation, sugar levels, and much more.

It can be great for people with health issues.

4. Keep Your Kids Closer When Going Out:

The biggest forgetting disaster happens when we go out with kids and come back alone. 😛

It may sound a little funny but you can assume the tension attached to it.

Therefore, if you are taking them with you, keep kids in your reach without disturbing their privacy.

It looks a minor thing but it will keep you safe from a lot of tensions and pressures. You can calmly walk around the garden and bring kids back home without forgetting.

5. Eat Brain and Memory Boosting Foods:

All with this, you should never admit a memory-loss as your destiny.

Make sure to believe that the condition can be improved through medicines and certain foods.

Nuts offer a great advantage to the brain and help in enhancing your memory.

You can chew on some nuts daily in the evening along with a glass of milk while watching your favorite show, for the best results.
